Flow Pack

The packing film driven by the driving rollers after certain wrap passing through the film former and wrapping around the product.

Under the action of the film pulling wheel and the middle belt, the product and film will finish the sealing cutting once they are transferred to the longitudinal sealing roller system.

The product and film will be conveyed to the transverse sealing roller system.

One Cycle of heating, sealing and cutting will be finished after the belts fulfil reciprocating running and upper and lower cutters achieve continuous working.

The finished product will be transferred throughout-feeding mechanisms.

Rotary flow-wrapper suitable for wrapping solid products in general using heat sealing or polyethylene film. Control and command via PLC.
Can be connected to automated production lines.
